Method Module
: focussing on Sensitivity (
Ahimsa) the Method Module uses movement to provide deep neuromuscular
recalibration for the whole body. You will be taught how to feel the impacts of your actions on the
vulnerabilities of your joints, so that you can use the power of your muscles to support and nourish
your joints, while releasing and strengthening your muscles. This module is suitable for anyone, not only absolute beginners, but also
teachers and those who consider themselves advanced practitioners.
Dynamics Module
: Focussing on Opening (
Asteya) the Dynamics Module uses movement to open the body and mobilise
the spine gradually and progressively. You will be taught how to use the Seven Universal Actions to support the vulnerability of your spine with the whole of your body,
especially in forwardbends and backbends, so that each muscle group is
able to work effortlessly to support the whole. This module is suitable for anyone, from absolute beginners to those who consider themselves advanced practitioners
and teachers too.
Integration Module
: This module focusses on integrating the Seven Universal Actions by way of
the spiral dynamic into the bandhas in the whole body. This spontaneously generates Ujjayi breathing, while allowing both structural and energetic integration to take place.
This module is suitable for anyone, teachers, beginners and especially those who consider themselves advanced practitioners.
